In 1987 he graduated from the Academy of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, Faculty of Law.
Total experience in jurisprudence is 42 years, of which 21 years have been service in various positions in internal affairs bodies and 21 years have been experience as a lawyer.
Having extensive practical experience, he successfully represents the interests of Clients in various categories of criminal cases, including defense in criminal cases in the field of economics, crimes against the person, against state power, against public safety and public order.
