Graduated from the Moscow State Law Academy (MSAL) with a degree in criminal law and criminology; criminal executive law.
Has an academic degree of Doctor of Law. He is a professor at the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure at the Institute of Public Administration and Law of the State University of Management (Moscow). Expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Identification number of the expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences – 2016-01-5510-8329).
From 2000 to the present, he has been engaged in legal practice and is a member of the Moscow Regional Bar Association (Branch No. 1).
For legal education, active participation in the publication, as part of a creative team, of textbooks and teaching aids for graduate students, students, adjuncts covering the work of the legal profession, he was awarded the Silver Medal of the International Association for Ensuring and Protecting the Rights of Lawyers and Notaries.
Author of more than seventy scientific papers. Area of scientific interests: qualification of crimes in the economic sphere and against the interests of the public service.
